The project covers a floor area of 20 million sq.ft and includes a diversity of business formats such as residential areas, hotel apartments, business offices, kindergartens, and cultural facilities.
Located in the Huilongguan Cultural Residential Area in Beijing, Baijia Town covers a floor area of 4.57 million sq.ft . The project aims to create a traditional urban-style residential area based on the concept of New Urbanism, with the attempts that the residents can experience urban life in community activities.
Taking full advantage of the orientation and direction of the road while planning the community, the designers orientated the apartments facing north/south and created a courtyard space among buildings to facilitate the harmony of traditional neighborhood relations.
ONE/Tangdao Bay is located in the Huangdao Development Zone, Qingdao, with a floor area of 1.84 million sq.ft . Situated close to nearby mountains and sea, the building adopts a unique Art Deco architectural style. The high-rise apartments are complemented by commercial and business clubs. The community has a greening rate as high as 48.58%, while the floor space between buildings is more than 460 feets , offering the residents a pleasant view and a far-reaching vision.
Located on the border of Haidian District and Changping District, Beijing, Bella Toscana Villa is in the center of the ecological leisure residential area in western Beijing, covering a total area of 1, 500 acres.
The Villa is located on the western foot of Xishan Mountain, with a perfect panoramic view of the mountain, which is the best in the area.
The project is planned and designed by the world known American company SASAKI. The design has won the “2004 Asian Regional Culture & Cultural Landscape Award.”
